Life is Unpredictable

          We all heard the news about several young ladies who were missing.  Sadly, most of those who were found were already dead. Recently, 69 individuals are still missing. Majority of them were ladies studying at Saint Louis University. What could possibly be the reasons behind these things? Is the government acting upon these occurrences?

There could be a lot of reasons behind these circumstances (E.g. rebellion, fraternities, going home late, etc.). In college, students have more freedom than in high school. They have the freedom to attend to their classes, freedom on what time to go home and freedom to choose their friends or cliques. As we all know, joining gangs are well known to be dangerous and unadvisable to join.

According to the policemen and investigators, there are also groups and gangs who really intend to get young people for personal reasons  like rape and organ business. In organ business, they will take the organs of the business and sell it to hospitals or people who need organ (like kidney) replacement. It is then advisable for everyone to choose their friends wisely. More importantly, young people should stay in safe illuminated places and go home early.

Life is short. Life is full of choices. The choices that we make today will help us shape our future. If we are careful of making our decisions, we are saving ourselves from danger in the future. It is always best to ask God to guide us in making the right decisions in our lives.
